How does it work?

Ordering from us is simple, have a look through our range of products in the three main sections of the site, mugs, mats and other products.

Once you have decided what you want to order you need to get the images you want printed to us so that we can produce your order.

Artwork specifications

We would prefer digital artwork where possible, either as a vector image (illustrator/corel draw) or as a 300dpi bitmap image (jpeg, photoshop, tif etc) either via the email address here or sent to us on a cd or dvd (please include contact details with all artwork supplied in the mail).

If digital artwork is a problem then we can usually scan artwork on site, please feel free to get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.

When sending us artwork for specific products please try to consider the size of the image in relation to the product itself, see below our list of product print area dimensions as a guide.

Artwork Costs

For all items in our catalogue there is a set-up charge of £19.95. This charge is only applicable on the original order and any repeat orders in the future set-up is free.

With all items there will be artworking time involved. For this the initial 20 minutes of time spent, artworking time is free of charge which will cover most situations. If more time is needed we will contact you before hand as time spent preparing artwork for print this will be charged at £25 per hour.

Once artwork has been completed you will be sent a digital proof to check and sign off. If you require a physical sample of the item to proof then this can be arranged at a cost depending on the product required.

Prices

All items are exclusive of VAT and delivery. Postage and packing will be charged depending on the size and quantity of items ordered. Contact us for a no obligation quotation.
